A space to gain clarity, restore wellbeing, and integrate meaningful change

My path into this work has not been linear.
I began my professional journey in graphic design and publishing, working as a graphic designer for Mondadori, one of Italy’s leading media and publishing groups. This experience shaped the way I observe, my attention to detail, and the importance I place on clarity, structure, and communication.
Alongside this, there has always been a strong interest in the idea of wellbeing in harmony with nature, and in approaches that support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. This was already present in the family I grew up in and gradually became a deeper area of exploration over time.
While raising my children, I chose to study naturopathy professionally, with the intention of understanding not only how to support the body, but also how to look beyond symptoms and explore the underlying factors that may contribute to imbalance, including lifestyle, environment, and emotional wellbeing.
Naturopathy gradually became part of the way I approached wellbeing in my own life and within my family. Experiencing first-hand how changes in lifestyle and the thoughtful use of natural remedies and techniques could support our wellbeing strengthened my interest in this approach and encouraged me to continue learning.
My exploration also led me towards ancient Eastern wellbeing traditions and their understanding of the relationship between body, energy, and balance. I trained professionally in Shiatsu, alongside studying principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Macrobiotics, broadening the perspective that continues to inform the way I approach wellbeing today.
Yoga has also been a long-standing personal interest and remains part of the way I connect with movement, balance, and wellbeing in my own life.
Life coaching came later, but I immediately felt a strong affinity with principles that had already shaped my path: listening, individual support, and creating a space that encourages awareness and change rather than imposing solutions.
Integrating coaching into my work allowed me to broaden the way I support people, creating space not only for holistic wellbeing, but also for personal growth.
My coaching approach is grounded in reflective, client-centred practice and aligned with the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), where I hold the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
More recently, I trained in Indian Head Massage, a body-based technique rooted in the principles of Ayurveda, adding another dimension to my work through touch and supporting relaxation and the release of physical tension.
My personal journey has also been shaped by change: I am Italian and, over the past ten years, my family and I — my husband, our two daughters, and our beloved dog — have built our lives across different countries, moving first to Stockholm and later to London. Living abroad, adapting to new environments, and moving through different stages of family life have given me a very personal experience of transition, change, and finding a new sense of balance along the way.
And, I'm sure, there are still a few adventures ahead : )
These different experiences continue to shape the way I work today.
Curiosity and ongoing learning remain an important part of my path, helping me deepen what I already know while remaining open to new perspectives and new ways of supporting people.
