How the process unfolds

The process is designed to be structured and flexible, allowing space for clarity while adapting to your individual needs.

It often begins with an initial contact or a short discovery call, offering an opportunity to explore what you are looking for and
whether this approach feels right for you.

If you decide to continue, we start with an in-depth intake session, where we clarify your focus, your intentions, and what you would like to move towards.

Ongoing sessions then support you in developing awareness, exploring your process, and taking meaningful steps forward.

The journey usually concludes with a final session to reflect on what has emerged, consolidate what you have gained, and bring clarity to your next steps.

Practical details

Sessions take place online and are scheduled in advance.

Each session is confirmed through payment, which is made prior to the appointment.

A minimum of four sessions is often recommended to give the coaching process enough time to develop.

Before beginning the process, you will be asked to review and sign a short agreement outlining the terms of our work together, including confidentiality and the structure of the sessions. This helps create a clear and supportive framework for the process.

Initial intake session: Approximately  2 hours

Ongoing sessions: Approximately 60 minutes (recommended a minimum of four).

Investment: £90

If you feel this approach could be supportive, you are welcome to

Sometimes you may feel the need for change or direction, but find it difficult  to identify a clear path. Life coaching offers a space to explore this more  deeply — bringing clarity to your goals, your values, and what may be holding you back.

Through this process, we work together to define a meaningful and realistic objective, while exploring any internal or external obstacles, as well as the resources and strengths you already have.

What you can take from the process

Once your goal is defined, we develop a practical and sustainable strategy that you can begin to apply in your everyday life.

This may include small actions or reflective exercises to support you in moving forward step by step.

The coaching relationship is based on trust, confidentiality, openness, and collaboration, creating a private and respectful space where you can explore what matters to you. My role is to support and guide the process, while you remain at the centre of it.

Coaching is not therapy, and it does not focus on treating or analysing the past. Instead, it works primarily with the present and the future, supporting you in creating change from where you are now.

It is also not advice or mentoring: rather than providing answers, I support you in accessing your own clarity, resources, and direction.

The process typically unfolds over a series of sessions, allowing space for reflection, integration, and steady progress over time.

Naturopathy sees the body as a whole system, with a natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing when appropriately supported.

The focus is also on prevention, exploring how lifestyle, nutrition, and environmental factors can support mental and physical wellbeing and help reduce the risk of imbalance.

Together, we explore these different aspects — such as lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep, and daily rhythms — identifying patterns that may be contributing to imbalance.

What you can take from the process

Based on what we explore together, we define a personalised strategy that you can begin to integrate into your everyday life. This may include practical and sustainable changes, such as an appropriate lifestyle and balanced nutrition, simple habits that support the body’s natural detoxification processes, and, where appropriate, the use of natural supplements, herbal support, or techniques aimed at supporting mental and physical balance.

This work can be supportive in many different situations, for example when you feel the need to regain energy and vitality, support the body’s natural defences, encourage detoxification processes, support digestive and intestinal wellbeing, or simply take care of your lifestyle in a more conscious way.

The aim is to address specific concerns while also supporting the body’s resilience, vitality, and long-term wellbeing through a deeper understanding of the underlying causes of imbalance.

How the process unfolds

The process begins with an in-depth initial session, where we explore your current health, lifestyle, and any areas you would like to focus on.

This allows us to build a comprehensive understanding of your overall condition and identify possible factors contributing to imbalance.

Based on this, I will suggest a personalised approach, including practical and realistic adjustments to integrate into your daily life.

After the session, you will receive a personalised email outlining key recommendations and, where appropriate, suggested remedies or lifestyle adjustments, with clear guidance on how to integrate them into your daily life.

The follow-up session provides space to review how your body is responding, to adjust the approach if needed, and to support you in maintaining these changes over time.

Practical details

The initial session usually lasts around 90 minutes, allowing time for an in-depth exploration of your lifestyle, current circumstances, and overall wellbeing.

Follow-up sessions are shorter and focus on reviewing progress and adjusting the approach as needed.

Before beginning the process, you will be asked to review and sign a short agreement outlining the nature of the sessions and the scope of the guidance provided.

Duration:

Initial consultation: Approximately 90 minutes

Follow-up sessions: Approximately 60 minutes

Investment:  £120 (initial consultation)
                            £80 (follow-up)

Integrated approach

A structured and supportive process designed to help you create meaningful and sustainable changes to your wellbeing.

The Integrated Approach brings coaching and naturopathic guidance together within a structured process, with each supporting a different stage of the journey.

The focus is not only on identifying what may support change, but also on exploring how these changes can be integrated into everyday life in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your individual needs and goals.

What you can take from the process

A clearer wellbeing goal, personalised guidance on what may support it, and, where needed, practical strategies to help you turn these changes into sustainable habits in everyday life.

Sometimes wellbeing is not about changing everything at once, but about understanding what truly needs attention and creating space for meaningful change to unfold gradually.

How the process unfolds

The process begins with an initial coaching session focused on understanding your current situation, exploring what feels important to you, and clarifying realistic and meaningful wellbeing goals.

Together, we explore priorities, motivations, available resources, and any obstacles that may be making change more difficult.

A following session from a naturopathic perspective then helps identify personalised wellbeing strategies based on lifestyle, habits, and other factors that may influence your wellbeing.

From there, if needed, additional coaching sessions can support the implementation and integration of the changes identified during the naturopathic session. These sessions support you in introducing changes realistically and sustainably, while building routines and strategies that can fit naturally into everyday life.

Ongoing sessions can continue to support reflection, progress, and adaptation over time, where needed.
